Born on July 3, 1978, in Munganda and now residing in Visakhapatnam, Mr. K Satish is an ardent follower of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Inspired by Dr. Kalam's vision to empower aspiring individuals, he established Kalam Dream Labs to provide opportunities for people to succeed in their careers and achieve their goals. Despite having only an intermediate level of education, Satish's dedication to fostering innovation and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Vizag is evident through his numerous contributions to the community.

As a core member of the Vizag Startup ecosystem, Satish has been instrumental in driving initiatives that empower startups and entrepreneurs. He is the founder of Vizag Volunteers, an organization that played a critical role during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his leadership, Vizag Volunteers facilitated over 150 blood plasma donations, organized more than 570 doctor consultations for COVID-19 patients, and assisted over 50,000 migrant workers with food distribution. The impact of his work continues to benefit the community.

Mr. Satish’s commitment to community service and his efforts during the pandemic highlight his dedication to social welfare. His leadership and organizational skills have made a significant impact on the lives of many during these challenging times.

In addition to his work with Vizag Volunteers, Mr. Satish Karnatakapu is an active and core member of Google Developer Groups Vizag, where he contributes to the tech community by promoting development and innovation. He is also a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Vizag Port, further showcasing his involvement in various professional and civic organizations.

His multifaceted contributions to Vizag's development and his unwavering support for aspiring entrepreneurs embody the spirit of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's vision for a better India. Through Kalam Dream Labs, he continues to inspire and assist those striving to make a difference in their fields. His main motto is to bring global technology for local needs, inspired by Dr. Kalam’s “Artificial Limbs” project. Satish connects this vision to aspiring individuals and enthusiasts, encouraging them with Dr. Kalam's saying: "Dream, Dream, Dream… Dreams will transform into thoughts and thoughts will result in actions!"
